Founder: Russ Johnson
Russ brings more than 25 years of entrepreneurship, real estate knowledge, digital marketing, e-commerce, automation, and business development experience. Licensed in real estate in Tennessee and South Carolina beginning in 1999, his license is currently inactive, but that experience continues to shape how he evaluates opportunities, negotiates, and builds relationships.
His focus today is building Summit Land Source into a trusted connection point among landowners, builders, developers, and investors.
